The Creature's Dirge

This is an atmospheric and sullen piece of fanart for the anime Tokyo Ghoul. Normally I wait to post my art until the review it is conjoined with is finished, but there's has been such a large fault between my last update, I wanted to give everyone something to look at it, so you're getting this one early. The digital touch-up work went unfinished on this one for a long time while I got bogged down in my life, but this evening I suddenly got absurdly engrossed in the shading and knocked it all out. I'm really happy with it. The final product is much closer to the vision in my head this time than previous works. (it's still miles away, but relatively closer than most)
